Steps to Submit Your Request

1. Log Into the Client Portal


Request Campaign Updates or Modifications

1. Identify the Campaign Needing Updates

  • Clearly specify the campaign you want to modify:
    • Campaign Name or ID: Provide the campaign's name or reference ID.
      • Example: "Spring Enrollment PPC Campaign" or Campaign ID #45678.
    • Platform or Channel: Indicate if it’s running on Google Ads, Facebook, programmatic, etc.


2. Define the Desired Update or Modification

Provide as much detail as possible about the changes you need.



A. Budget Adjustments
  • Specify the change in budget:
    • Increase or Decrease Amount:
      • Example: Increase budget by $2,000 for the remainder of the campaign.
    • New Total Budget:
      • Example: Update total budget to $10,000.


B. Targeting Changes
  • Indicate updates to your audience targeting:
    • Geographic Location:
      • Example: Expand targeting from "Texas only" to "Southern U.S."
    • Demographics:
      • Example: Add age group 18–24 to the audience.
    • Behavior or Interests:
      • Example: Add "parents interested in educational tools" as a target interest.


C. Creative Changes
  • Specify updates to ad assets or messaging:
    • Ad Copy Updates: Provide the revised text or CTA.
      • Example: Change CTA from "Learn More" to "Apply Now."
    • New Creative Assets: Attach updated images, videos, or other media.
    • Creative Replacements: Indicate which assets to replace.


D. Timeline Adjustments
  • Modify the campaign's schedule:
    • New Start or End Date:
      • Example: Extend campaign end date to May 15, 2024.
    • Pause or Resume Campaign: Indicate if the campaign should be paused temporarily.


E. Performance Optimization
  • Request changes to improve campaign performance:
    • Bidding Strategy:
      • Example: Switch from manual bidding to automated.
    • Keywords: Add, remove, or update keywords.
      • Example: Add the keyword "online teaching tools."
    • Placements: Specify preferences for ad placement.


3. Submit Your Request

  • Log into the Sonority Group Client Portal or email your request to support@sonoritygroup.com.
  • Include the following details:
    • Campaign Name or ID.
    • Specific update or modification requested.
    • Supporting documents or assets (if applicable).


4. Expected Response Time

  • Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
  • Complex updates, such as creative overhauls, may take additional time to implement.
